2.      Four Quarterly cheques accepted

AED   80,000/4    =   AED20, 000 (4 cheque)

Commission 5% =     AED 4000

Ejari                    =     AED 1500

Dewa                   =     AED 2000 (refundable)

        TOTAL      =     AED 27,500

 

3.      We convert hall to PG so will be having 3 rooms (8 people each room bunk bed) i.e. 24 people in each flat.

Although rent is 80,000AED and we give only 20,000AED (initial payment) Balance rent we have to adjust from the business. We have to make sure we don't put extra money in it.
